During this time of the coronavirus pandemic we would like to offer you a virtual space to join us for our daily online retreat programme.  We will be sharing a selection of our favourite wellbeing practices, including meditations, mantras, talks, music, yoga and movement exercises as well as recipes and food to make you feel good. 

 Coming soon we will also be sharing and hosting our own live events which we hope you can join in with too.
