Walking.  A chance to get out in the world and be present in it. To explore and discover what is around me. I love the Limousin countryside - forests, lakes, wildlife at every turn. Discover new paths wherever you are.  I love the simplicity.  No need for special equipment.  A chance to meditate, clear my head, breath in the fresh air...to get outside.

    I go to a nearby park - there is a small lake inhabited by a beautiful blue heron - stunning. I love to bring my camera and photograph him in flight, but sometimes I just walk near the shallow water hoping to catch a glimpse of him standing in the water there.
