We joined together, sang, built friendships and relaxed into a week of singing from the heart. Finding voices that once were hidden deep within, allowing ourselves to take space and be heard, facing fears, howling like a wolf and of course the obligatory 'male poo-ing position' (AKA diaphragmatic isolation and control). There is always the sacred and profane in a group that is alive and connecting.

We are all beginners and we all learn from each other. We are in this together. A privilege to share a special retreat week with such beautiful souls.
