My homemade whisky cream liqueur is quite a bit like Baileys. Ready in less than 5 minutes and just as good as the original in my opinion. You also have the freedom to mix it up a bit and personalise your recipe to your own tastes. I have for example made this recipe with bourbon instead of the whisky for a slightly sweeter and smokier liqueur. You can also add your own flavourings too - why not add a few drops of vanilla, salted caramel sauce or orange extract for a bit of a change?
This recipe makes a great food gift too and has always been well received. It's a delicious cocktail ingredient too - why not give my Merry Snowman recipe a go?
I hope you give this a go and let me know how you get on.
